Marriage.MBA Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 25, 2025

Who we are

Marriage.MBA is a 4 semester pre-marriage education program for 20-year-old single Muslim. (“we,” “us,” “our”).

What we collect

  • Info you give us: name, email, phone, messages, and what you choose to share in forms or live sessions.

  • Payment details: handled by our payment processor (we don’t store full card numbers). We use Stripe; they process data as a service provider.

  • Usage data: basic analytics and cookies to improve the site.

Why we use your data

To run the program, take payments, send important updates, give support, improve our content, and (if you opt in) send news and offers.

Email choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing anytime. Every marketing email includes a working “unsubscribe” link, and we honor opt-outs promptly. (Transactional emails like receipts or service notices may still arrive.)

Cookies & analytics

We use cookies/analytics to keep the site running and learn what’s working. Your browser lets you block or delete cookies. (If we use non-essential cookies that track you, we’ll ask first where required.)

Legal bases (GDPR/UK GDPR users)

We process data to perform a contract (running the program), with your consent (e.g., marketing), and for legitimate interests (site safety, improving services).

Sharing

We share data with trusted vendors (like payment processors, email tools, analytics) who only use it to help us provide the service, plus where the law requires.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and data portability. California residents may have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA; we’ll handle requests in line with the law.

Kids

We don’t aim our services at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data. If you think a child under 13 gave us info, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the reasons above (or as the law requires), then delete or anonymize it.

International transfers

If we move data across borders, we use lawful safeguards (for example, standard contractual clauses with vendors) as required.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date and, when changes are significant, let you know.
